The Nyx Genesis Beta is an early-access program created to help shape the future of Emotionally Evolving Intelligence™.
By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Limited Availability

Access is restricted. Submitting a signup form does not guarantee entry.
All applications are reviewed manually and approved at the discretion of Nyx Genesis Inc.

2. Early-Stage Software (Expect Imperfections)

This beta includes systems still under active development.
Participants may encounter:

• Bugs

• Performance issues

• Incomplete features

• Unexpected behavior

Your patience and clarity help guide final refinement.

3. Feedback Requirement

Beta testers are expected to provide constructive and honest feedback when requested.
Your insights directly influence the direction and polish of the platform.

4. No Timelines or Guarantees

Features, performance, access, and release dates are subject to change at any time.
Participation does not imply future priority, continued access, or exclusive benefits.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

Nyx Genesis is built on a privacy-first philosophy.
We do not sell data.
Any information reviewed during beta analysis is handled internally and anonymously, strictly for development improvement.

6. Respectful & Ethical Use

The following will result in immediate removal from the beta:

• Abuse or harassment

• Exploitation or system manipulation

• Reverse engineering attempts

• Malicious or harmful use

This is a collaborative environment, not a competitive one.

7. Voluntary Participation

You may withdraw from the beta at any time.
Nyx Genesis Inc. retains the right to revoke access as needed to protect system integrity or the development process.

8. Legal & Participation Notice

• Beta access is provided “as is”, with no warranties of any kind.

• Nyx Genesis Inc. is not liable for data loss, system issues, or unintended behavior during beta use.

• Participation does not create employment, partnership, or compensation.

• All submitted feedback may be used to improve Nyx Genesis without obligation or attribution.

• Any disputes related to participation fall under the governing laws of the operating jurisdiction of Nyx Genesis Inc.
